Each parent craves to bring up their children healthy, clever and strong.
Being a parents ourself and an infant health care professionals, we know for sure that it is possible and necessary to strengthen children’s health preparing to adulthood since birth without waiting for their active school life. Here you will find first trainer for your baby! Boston Infaint Trainer is able to help your child to be stronger, healthier and smarter. Your baby never will be the same.
Research conducted through the Touch Research Institute at the University of Miami School of Medicine confirms the importance of a secure environment and nurturing touch in the healthy growth, development and maturation of children.
In newborns the visual and auditory receptors are not sufficiently developed, so they perceive the surrounding world rather through touch. Also massage and special exercises (passive gymnastics) have the same functions for babies as regular sport for adults.
Thus, benefits of massage and exercises for infants, babies and children include the following:
- Stimulates all the physiological systems. Massage sparks the neurons in their brains to grow and branch out to encompass other neurons.
- Improves general well-being.
- Develops positive connection between body, mind and spirit.
- Helps to improve sensory and body awareness.
- Enhances neurological development.
- Promotes relaxation and helps babies self-regulate calm, which reduces crying.
- Reduces levels of cortisol – the stress hormone.
- Helps baby to sleep deeper and more soundly.
- Helps to improve pain management; can relieve discomfort from teething.
- Improves overall functioning of the gastrointestinal tract. Improves appetite and relieves gas, cramps, constipation.
- Enhances immune system function.
